the first of the two Fallout OC's i created.he wears a Sherriff's Duster, a fedora, and a rebreather.he uses a unique rifle,modified from the Gobi Campaign Scout rifle.this rifle,dubbed "Peacemaker",has the standard camo of the Scout rifle,but has an added silencer,a higher rate-of-fire,and a higher capacity magazine.
